Have you stopped to do a spiritual inventory this season and see if you are fully surrendered and obedient to the will of God.
Disobedience is sin (rebellion) and sin separates us from God. Jesus died to free us of the weight-condemnation of sin, but do we call on His Name? Seek His helper, the Holy Spirit?

Welcome to today's episode of the Reflective Spaces Ministry podcast. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, author, evangelist, and your host. But we all know who the host of this show is and everything that we do, and that's Christ by way of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth. Holy Spirit, come have Your way in this time that we have together. May they see You and not me, hear You and not me. May they glean from Your field of Truth, oh God, and be forever changed. Help them to have spiritual ears to hear and eyes to see what it is that You have for them. Thank you, Abba Father. We ask all this in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Just breathe in that peace that surpasses all understanding. Just breathe that in. Did you know that we are the house of God? And Jesus Christ is the Son over God's house. He rules and reigns over us.
And we are to come under His sovereignity.
We are to let Him control our actions.
We are to be guided by His Holy Spirit. Do you realize that?
Well, did you know that you could have spiritual hindrances and blockages to stopping the Word of God from entering in you and creating the outcome that God intended? We must remove the spiritual blockages, the rocks in our soil so that the seeds can land on fertile ground and grow and produce a bountiful harvest. How do we do it? What do we do? Well, first we have to see what furniture is in our house. Do we have a sofa of hate?
A love seat of tension.
A microwave
of unbelief.
A bathtub of unforgiveness.
A towel rack of bitterness.
Do we have anger as lenai furniture?
What's in our house? What's blocking our path from obtaining all God has for us this season?
Are we perhaps blocking our own path from bad seeds sewn in our soil? weeds that we need to uproot
and destroy so that they do not contaminate our spiritual garden. Our heart must remain pure this season and clear of the weeds of anger, hate, resentment, pride, self-reliance,
impostor syndrome, self- sabotage, guilt, shame, fear, regret. Can you let go of all those things? Realize that you're the house of God.
And whatever is built on the foundation, the rock can never be moved. It's protected, cared for, loved,
strong. mighty because it's in his strength that we overcome. It's in his strength that we witness to others. It's in his strength that we actually let go of the hindrances of the obstructions, the spiritual blockages that are keeping us from stepping into all he has for us this season. as leaders, as ambassadors, as Christ followers, as daughters and sons of the King. It's time to let go. It's time to let God. It's time to forgive yourself and forgive others. I'm giving you permission today, to forgive yourself, and also to let go and step into that new life God has for you. It doesn't mean you don't care for the people you left behind. But you can't step into a new season chained
by the lies of the past season, the deception of the past season. The ties of the past season that tie you to roots of rejection, roots of unforgiveness. It's time to step out and step into all God has for you. And we have to cut that root at the source. And we plead the blood of Jesus over it and let you know you're not what they said about you. You're not what they said about you. You've overcome. You've made it. You just need to believe it to receive it and become it and step into all God has for you. All you have to do is say, "Holy Spirit, help me. Help me to let go of what no longer serves me this season. What hinders my spiritual growth, my spirit that that causes spiritual blockages. I want my heart pure before the Lord. I want to shed anything not of you. Cleanse me of anything unholy, anything unclean. Cleanse me. Cleanse me. Cleanse me. Keep me from deliberate sins, from hidden sins. Cleanse me. Keep me from secret faults. Look at Psalm 19 for guidance. Read that out loud, especially towards the end of it. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you. He is our Helper. Christ died and rose again and is seated in heavenly places so that He could overcome death, overcome the curse of the law and we can be set free. And by His stripes, you were healed. It's done. It's finished. It is finished. We just need to walk in it this season. Look at the furniture that's in our house. Is anything obstructing our path? Do we need to remove that sofa, that love seat, some of that lai furniture, clean out our bathroom? What's in there? Look in our kitchen. Do we need to analyze every room that's in our house? Ask the Holy Spirit to get rid of any furniture, spiritual furniture that we don't need in our house as the house of God, the temple of the Lord Jesus Christ. Your body is a temple. Treat it as such. Listen to him this season. be guided by what the Word of God says. And as we look at Hebrews 3 out of the amplified version,
therefore, holy brothers and sisters who share in the heavenly calling thoughtfully and attentively consider the apostle and high priest whom we confessed as ours when we accepted him as savior, namely Jesus. He was faithful to him who appointed him apostle and high priest. As Moses also was faithful in all God's house, yet Jesus has been considered worthy of much greater glory and honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has more honor than the house. For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God. Now Moses was faithful in the administration of all God's house, but only as a ministering servant. His ministry was serving as a testimony of the things which were to be spoken afterward, the revelation to come in Christ. But Christ is faithful as a son over his father's house. And we are his house if we hold fast our confidence and sense of triumph. Triumph in our hope in Christ. Therefore, just as the Holy Spirit says today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as your fathers did in the rebellion of Israel. Meabbah on the day of testing in the wilderness where your fathers tried me by testing my forbearance and tolerance and saw my works for 40 years and found I stood their test. Therefore I was angered with this generation and I said they always go astray in their heart and they did not know my ways nor become progressively better and more intimately acquainted with them. So I swore an oath in my wrath. They shall not enter my rest, the promised land. And then it goes on to say the peril of unbelief. Take care, brothers and sisters, that there not be in any one of you a wicked unbelieving heart which refuses to trust and rely on the Lord. A heart that turns away from the living God. But continually encourage one another every day as long as it is called today. And there is an opportunity so that none of you will be hardened into settled rebellion by the deceitfulness of sin, its cleverness, delusive glamour, and sophistication. For we believers have become partakers of Christ, sharing in all that the Messiah has for us, if only we hold firm our newborn confidence, which we which originally led us to him until the end. While it is said today, while there is still opportunity, if you hear his voice, do not harden your heart as when they provoked me in the rebellion of the desert at Meabbah. For who were they who heard and yet provoked him with rebellious acts? Was it not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses? And with whom was he angry for 40 years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose dead bodies were scattered in the desert? And to whom did he swear an oath that they would not enter his rest? But to those who disobeyed, those who would not listen to his word. So we see that they were not able to enter into his rest, the promised land, because of unbelief and an unwillingness to trust in God. Wow. Powerful scripture. Are you trusting in God? Are you fully surrendered? Maybe scan the barcode, consider purchasing the book
about spiritual rest and how obedience is the key to that.
Follow God this season. Listen to his leading. Analyze the furniture in your house. Keep your heart pure before the Lord. Walk in forgiveness as you've repented. Turn towards God this season closely. Observe your walk with the Lord. Ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, to strengthen you, to give you clarity, and to help you to pray and to do father's will. Jesus came to reveal the father, our precious Aba father. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our precious Lord Jesus. Let's honor Father. Let's serve, Father. Jesus was obedient unto death and put first the kingdom of God, and all else was given unto you. That's what it says. That's what Jesus did. And look, we have eternal life because of it. Are you putting the kingdom of God first? It's time to stop, pause, pray, seek the source, and see what is revealed. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus.
