About Tammy Toney-Butler: https://www.reflectivespacesministry.com/about
Welcome to today's episode of the Reflective Spaces Ministry podcast and YouTube channel. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, Healing Evangelist and your host. We all know who the host of this show is, and that's Christ, by way of His Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth that lives inside of us. Today, there is a message for mothers out there all over the world. I tried to go live a little bit ago and even had to delete the feed because it was choppy. Failure in our internet connection and you could barely hear any of it. But that's okay because nothing will stop this message from getting out and getting to God's people. Today is a day where mothers all over the world are struggling. Mother's Day can be a painful reminder for what has been lost today. The if only I should have or why questions can threaten your very peace this day. You can sit alone in your home, in your own pit of despair, not even going to church, not even going out to eat or anywhere because there's this constant reminder of what you don't have or the daughter or son that you don't see or that were taken from you, or you don't have a relationship with them at this time, or maybe you've sadly lost a son or lost a daughter, maybe through addiction, maybe through an accident, whatever it is. And maybe you are that parent that has buried that child. And today is a hard, hard, hard, hard day. Those are the mothers that I wanna speak to today. I wanna speak to those mothers that have lost their children, those mothers that have lost them through no fault of their own. And I want to tell you that all hope is not lost. You still have the opportunity to sow into those grandchildren, to sow into all those that the Lord has placed in your way to parent now, as we reparent by committee, as we help to raise up the next generation of leaders. You have a purpose and your pain can transform others through your testimony of overcoming all that you went through, all that you've lost. And remember that Jesus, Lord Jesus, through his work on the cross is the repair of the breach. He is the God of He is the God of the resupply. He is the restorer. He is the deliverer. He is the great I am. And all we have to do is look to his word, look to the word of God and understand that he is with us this day. So for all the mothers out there that need a word, that need a word to lift them up, out of their pit of despair today to to lift them up and to remind them of the promises that god says in his word and to remind them of what they have and to remind them that all hope is not lost that prodigal will come home we speak to that prodigal son or daughter and they will come home and yes you've made mistakes yes you've wounded people yes you've hurt people mothers mothers that are out there and even fathers, I speak to you today, those of you that have parented through survival mode, that have made choices based on survival, that have made choices based through the lens of trauma, the perspective of trauma, through your wounds, where your wounds opened and bled and hurt others. And you would do anything to make it right. And you've given your life to God. And you've overcome addiction. And you're on the path of healing and wholeness. And yet you still don't have your children with you this day. And you don't even get a phone call. Today, I'm the phone call. Today, I'm the one saying, I see you. God sees you. He sees you in the moment and that relationship will be restored. Don't you dare stop praying. Don't you dare stop hoping. Don't you dare stop believing. God is with you. He sees you in your infirmary. He sees you now, mothers. He sees you now. And I'm going to bring you a rose from him, a rose of truth. I'm going to give you beauty instead of ashes. Today's the day you're going to put on the garment of praise. You're going to let go of what no longer serves you. You're going to let go of the I shouldas, the couldas, the wouldas, the whys. And you're going to say, no, I see that God's working. No, I see that God's going to restore that relationship in his perfect timing. God, I surrender it to you. God, I let go of what I no longer can control. Today is the day I release it to you, oh God. Today is the day I release what I can no longer carry. That's destroying me. That's killing me on the inside. That's leading me down a pathway of despair and depression and sadness and misery. That's threatening my sobriety. Today is the day I let go of that. Today is the day I say, yes, Lord Jesus. I see you, Lord Jesus. I know you're working. By your work done on the cross, I give it to you. I give it to you. I can no longer carry this heavy burden of this ache of what should have been, of what could have been, of the choices I made. Today I let go of the spirits of despair and depression. Today I let go of the guilt where I had an abortion. Today I let go of the guilt of where I gave up that child for adoption. And I don't even see them. And I don't even know where they are. Today is a day I let go. Today is a day I break forth. Today is a day I break forth into all that God has for me. Today is a day that I break forth into what God has called me to be. I am a mother. I'm a mother of many. I'm mothering a generation. I'm stopping a generation from being victimized. I'm sounding the alarm. I'm sounding the trumpet. I'm raising the alarm. I'm raising the flag that God's children must be protected. You are a second chance for people. You are getting a second chance. You are where God has called you to be. Step into it. Embrace it. Let go of what the devil is trying to do. to try to kill, steal, destroy, distract, and try to get you off your game, to try to say you're not worthy. How dare you think that you can go and do that or speak on behalf of mothers when you don't even know where your children are? But you can speak. God did give you a voice. You are a purpose. You were made for a purpose. And this message is for you. Because even if the ninety-nine are safe, he goes after the one. And today is the day that all hope is not lost. Today is the day to let go and stop asking the question, why, why, why? Let go. You will never have an answer to that question. You won't have an answer and it's destroying you. When will this be? When will this relationship be restored? Why is it taking so long? What is going on? Today is the day to let go and surrender it to God. You let go, you pick it up. You let go, you pick it up. You let go, you pick it up. He sees you. He's speaking to you now. This message was so important to him that I even started just recording it and not going live because of all the technical difficulties. And he said, no, what is stopping you from going back live and delivering the message that I have for my sheep? nothing will stop no spiritual warfare nothing will stop this message from getting out and getting to the people that god wants it to get to so to all you mothers out there that are struggling to all you mothers that are in a dark place to all you mothers that are sitting there alone that no one has brought you a flower no one has said that you're worthy no one yet you have been forgotten i see you god sees you and yes you made mistakes yes you made mistakes yes you've made mistakes but you've repented you've asked god to forgive you you've asked god to forgive you and you have even forgiven others but i ask you this question today he's asking you this question right now have you forgiven yourself have you let go have you forgiven yourself for the choices you made based on things that happened to you as a child that you never dealt with, you never healed from. Those wounds cracked open and bled and affected your relationship with your son or your daughter. But I'm telling you today that relationship will be restored. I'm telling you today that that relationship will be restored. I'm telling you today that that relationship will be restored. They will see past the hurt. They will know that you made choices, not from a good place, but you never were healed. And today you've been healed. Today you're whole. Today you've made new. You're a new creature in Christ Jesus. You're not the past. You're not what you were. You're not what they said about you. You have been redeemed. You have been restored by the blood of the almighty Jesus shed on Calvary. By his stripes, ye are healed. Ye were healed. You are whole. You have been made whole. You have been made whole. Do not dwell in the darkness, but walk in his marvelous light. Let go of the garment of heaviness and take on the garment of praise. Look at his word. Look at the word of God. Look at what Isaiah forty three says. He is our deliverer. He is with us. Here is what Adonai, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel says. For your sake, I have sent an army. And he goes on to say that he is with us. Stop dwelling on past events and brooding over times gone by. I'm doing something new. It's springing up. Can't you see it? I'm making a road in the desert, rivers in the wasteland. Can't you see it? Do not let the past guide you or hold on to the past any longer. Let's read it again. Isaiah forty three. I'm starting at sixteen reading of the complete Jewish Bible. Here is what Adonai says. Who made a way in the sea, a path through the waging waves, who led out chariot and horse, the army in its strength. They lay down never to rise again, snuffed out and quenched like a wick. Stop dwelling on past events and brooding over times gone by. I'm doing something new. it's springing up can't you see it i'm making a road in the desert rivers in the wasteland rivers in the wasteland call on me that's what he's saying call on me and i will deliver you call on me and i will deliver you i will i will deliver you out of that bondage out of that that spirit of oppression that spirit of depression that that addiction that that coping with what happened to you, with the loss, with the shame, the guilt, the rejection. I lift up everyone that was rejected, every orphan. I rebuke the orphan spirit. I rebuke the spirit of rejection. I call forth life. I call forth joy. I call forth the praise. Today you'll have praise. Today you'll walk in the fullness of joy. This is a Mother's Day that you will celebrate because you will know you're called to be the mother of many. You will no longer look at the past. You will step forward into all God has for you. you will move past the hurt and move past the pain move past the sorrow move past the grief and you will step into what god has ordained for you this season because he needs you he needs you to be a beacon of light in a dark world he needs your story of overcoming to set many free today is the day you truly let go today is the day you become all god's had called you to be today is the day that you say no more i am worthy I have been set free. I am forgiven. I have forgiven myself. Today's the day I walk in freedom. Today is the day that I no longer walk in darkness, but I walk in his marvelous light. Today is the day you are healed, set free, redeemed, and restored by the almighty God. Do not sit in that place of loneliness and isolation and dissolution. and destruction. Do not let the enemy come in to kill, steal, destroy, or distract. Go for a walk. Go to that church service. Go sit in that pew. Know that you're worthy. Jesus did not come to condemn you. You've repented. You've turned back to him. You've asked him to forgive you. He's Lord and Savior of your life. You've been made new and you've been restored. He's the repairer of the breach. He's the repairer of the breach. He's the repairer of the breach. Walk in freedom. Walk in joy. Know Jesus is with you and he has you. May his light shine upon you this day and every day. And you have peace today of all days. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Jesus. Peace I leave with you this day. Peace is peace. Thank you, Jesus. Peace. Peace he gives to you. Peace.
