Welcome to today's episode of the Reflective Spaces Ministry podcast. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, healing evangelist and host. But we all know who the host of this show is and every show we do, and that's Christ. Holy Spirit, come have your way in this time that we have together. May they see you and not me. May they hear you and not me. May blind eyes be opened in deaf ears so that they can hear the truth and the truth shall set them free. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Today's episode is about the heart of Christ revealed.

The revealed word of God, the living word, the written word, Jesus. It's all about Jesus.

Everything we do is about Jesus. Jesus loves us. He came to give us life and to set us free

to heal the broken pieces layer by layer, crack by crack, to put us together again. pole by his blood shed on Calvary, his lifegiving blood. Let's begin by reading in John John 3. And I'll be reading out of the New Living Translation Version. So, grab your Bibles and let's begin.

There was a man named Nicodemus, a Jewish religious leader who was a Pharisee. After dark one evening, he came to speak with Jesus. Rabbi, he said, "We all know that God has sent you to teach us. Your miraculous signs are evidence that God is with you." Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth. Unless you are born again, you cannot see the kingdom of God." "What do you mean?" exclaimed Nicodemus. "How can an old man go back into his mother's womb and be born again?" Jesus replied, "I assure you, no one can enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and the spirit. Humans can reproduce. only human life but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. How many of you are in need of a rebirth, a new birth, a start over point in your life? So don't be surprised when I say you must be born again. The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can't tell where it comes from or where it is going. So you can't explain how people are born of the spirit. How are these things possible? Nicodemus asked. Jesus replied. You are a respected Jewish teacher and yet you don't understand these things. I assure you, we tell you what we know and have seen, and yet you won't believe our testimony. But if you don't believe me when I tell you about earthly things, how can you possibly leave if I tell you about heavenly things? No one has ever gone to heaven and returned, but the Son of Man has come down from heaven. And as Moses lifted up the bronze snake on a pole in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up so that everyone who believes in him will have eternal life, everlasting life. Doesn't that sound amazing? Don't you want to have a part of that? For this is how God loved the world. He gave his one and only son so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. God sent his son into the world not to judge the world but to save the world through him. There is no condemnation against anyone who believes in him. But anyone who does not believe in him has already been judged for not believing in God's one and only son. And the judgment is based on this fact. God's light came into the world, but people love the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. All who do evil hate the light and refuse to go near it, for fear their sins will be exposed. But those who do what is right come to the light, so others can see that they are doing what God wants. Are you a child of the light? Do you have the heart of Christ? How do you know the heart of the Christ? Well, look at the father. Father didn't even spare his own son, Jesus. He sent his son to die on the cross so we could live. That's how much he loves us. And we know that Jesus said the only way to get to the father is through the son. And he came to do father's will. So when you see Jesus, when you look at his life and how he walked the earth, you know what the father's like. So you know the love of Jesus, the love of his son through the love of his father, our father, Adoni, Elohim.

There's power in the blood of Jesus shed on Calvary. There's power when you preach the message of the cross, Christ crucified, dying on a criminal stake, that old wooden cross. That old wooden cross. Let's keep reading. John the Baptist exalts Jesus. Then Jesus and his disciples left Jerusalem and went into the Judean countryside. Jesus spent some time with them there baptizing people. At this time John the Baptist was baptizing at Anan near Salem because there was plenty of water there and people kept coming to him for baptism. This was before John was thrown into prison. A debate broke out between John's disciples and a certain Jew over ceremonial cleansing. See, so John's disciples came to him and said, "Rabbi, the man you met on the other side of the Jordan River, the one you identified as the Messiah, is also baptizing people, and everybody is going to him instead of coming to us." John replied, "No one can receive anything unless God gives it from heaven. You yourselves know how plainly I told you, I am not the Messiah. I am only here to prepare the way for him. It is the bridegroom who marries the bride and the best man is simply glad to stand with him and hear his vows. Therefore, I am filled with joy at his success. He must become greater and greater and I must become less and less. He has come from above and is greater than anyone else. We are of the earth and we speak of earthly things, but he has come from heaven and is greater than anyone else. He testifies about what he has seen and heard, but how few believe what he tells them. Anyone who accepts his testimony can affirm that God is true. For he is sent by God. He speaks God's words. For God gives him the spirit without limit. The father loves his son and has put everything into his hands. And anyone who believes in God's son has eternal life. Anyone who doesn't obey the son will never experience eternal life but remains under God's angry judgment. Remember Christ judges the heart. God sees all. What you say, what you think, what you do. Nothing is hidden from God. So how do you get the heart of Christ? You remember to think on what's pure, noble, righteous, holy, and love. You love God with all your heart, leaning not on your own understanding. and you love your neighbor as yourself. Love covers a multitude of sins. Love breaks the yoke of bondage off of God's people. Love is the greatest thing that we have. And there's no greater love than what Christ did for us on Calvary and what God did by sending his son to reveal his love for us through Christ being revealed by his love for us. By him carrying out his kingdom assignment to the point of dying on a cross. He who knew no sin became sin for us so we can be redeemed. Is there anyone listening to this that doesn't know Jesus as your personal savior that hasn't invited him into your heart? And I ask you to invite Jesus into your heart and know he's a son of God was fully man, fully God, came to earth to set us free. He died on the cross, rose again, and is seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus with of the father to the right of the father. So when we see Jesus, we see father. When we go through Jesus, we get to the father and we get to live in eternal life and everlasting life in heaven. So let the blood of Jesus cover the multitude of your sins. Repent. Ask God to forgive you and say, "Lord Jesus, come into my heart. Make me fresh and new. Give me the heart of Christ. Let me do your will. I surrender to you. I trust you. I want to walk by faith, not by sight. I trust you. Come into my heart and save a sinner like me. Give me the heart of Christ. You lead me, Jesus. My way's not been working. I want your way, Jesus. Your way, Jesus. Come into my heart. Be the God of my life. Be my Lord and Savior. Be my Lord and Savior. I surrender my will for yours. I'm no longer part of the world, but I'm part of you, of your kingdom, of your family, our spiritual family as believers in Christ Jesus. I've been born again, fresh and new with this prayer, of knowing you're in my heart, changing me. And you took all this remembrance of my sins away as I gave them all to you. I surrendered it all to you. And now I have the courage to trust, to turn, to walk your way and not the way of the world. I surrender it all to you and have your Holy Spirit, the spirit of life, the spirit of truth, come live inside of me. Holy Spirit, come live inside of me.

Fill me fresh and new and make me whole. make me whole. And with this prayer, I believe that I'm a new creature in Christ, that I've been born again, and that your spirit, the spirit of Christ, lives within me, changing me layer by layer, minute by minute, hour by hour. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Let us all reveal the heart of Christ to all those we encounter. May we mirror Christ and his love for us that on the cross where he shed his blood on Calvary so we could be set free. Let us mirror that kind of love, that kind of surrender. Let us walk in that kind of obedience to Aba Father and say, "Nevertheless, your will be done, not mine." Surrender, obey, walk in purity, walk in truth. Think on what's noble and pure and right, and shed God's love and light to a dark and dying world. That's today's episode of Reflective Spaces Ministry Podcast. I'm Tammy Toney-Butler, healing evangelist and host. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus. Glory be to Jesus.
