The silence of stillness. Can you stop and sit still before the Lord? Seek the quiet. Free yourself of all distractions and just sit in a posture of quiet readiness before the Lord the rock. What if the answer you seek is in the stillness, the breakthrough, the change in your current season of lack? What if the place of stillness gives you the clarity of purpose you so desperately seek? Sit still with me today. Sit waiting on me to speak to you. Be ready. Be waiting. Be attentive to my whisper. Be the expectant child waiting on her father to come home. Be ready like a child ready to receive all I have for you. May the light of truth brighten your day as you walk along the pathway of righteousness for his name's sake. peace, joy, love, guiding your actions and guarding your tongue, your words. For the tongue is evil. Who could tame it? Guard your heart. Guard your tongue. Speaks words of truth only over yourself today. Refuse to cater to any voice of lies and destruction. Instead, sit still and wait on Father to speak to you, to edify you, to build you up, to strengthen you in his truth, in his love, in his promises. As you face obstacle after obstacle, trial after trial,
know he is with you in every storm. He's with you in every battle. He'll never leave you nor forsake you. You are a daughter or son of the king. Rise up today. Seek the creator in his creation. Sit still on the rock. The only solid sure foundation in Christ Jesus. Glory be to Jesus.
